Parish Finance Council
The purpose of the pastoral finance council is to advise the pastor regarding parish expenditures and assists him in developing the budget for the fiscal year. This council is appointed by the pastor. While the pastor does have the power to approve expenditures under a certain about, expenditures over that threshold must be approved by the parish finance council and the diocese.
