We would like to invite any student in grades 3 thru 12 to consider serving at the altar of God.  The role of an altar server is very important.  Not only do you assist the priest at Mass, but more importantly serve the Lord in a very special way.  If you would like to be trained to serve at the altar, we invite your parents to submit the form located on this page or contact the parish office at 717-624-4121.  Please check if you are a new server or a returning server. Once we have your names, we will send out a notice in regard to training.  
  
Because this is usually the first opportunity for our young people to serve in the Church, Father prefers having our young people serve at Mass.  Young people serving the Church is a sign of HOPE!  Adult servers as mentioned below assist Father only when our young people are not available because of school or other reasons.

Nos gustaría invitar a cualquier estudiante en los grados 3 a 12 a considerar servir en el altar de Dios. El papel de un monaguillo es muy importante. No solo ayudas al sacerdote en la Misa, sino que, lo que es más importante, sirves al Señor de una manera muy especial. Si desea recibir capacitación para servir en el altar, invitamos a sus padres a enviar el formulario que se encuentra en esta página o comunicarse con la oficina parroquial al 717-624-4121. Compruebe si es un servidor nuevo o un servidor que regresa. Una vez que tengamos sus nombres, enviaremos un aviso con respecto a la capacitación.
  
Debido a que esta suele ser la primera oportunidad para que nuestros jóvenes sirvan en la Iglesia, el Padre prefiere que nuestros jóvenes sirvan en Misa. ¡Los jóvenes que sirven a la Iglesia son un signo de ESPERANZA! Los servidores adultos, como se menciona a continuación, ayudan al Padre solo cuando nuestros jóvenes no están disponibles debido a la escuela u otras razones.
