Starting in Advent, Father Carroll added adoration to most hours of confession.  This provides the individual the opportunity to stop and pray before the Lord present in the Most Blessed Sacrament exposed on the altar.  It is an opportunity for personal prayer, examination of conscience, and finally an opportunity to give thanks to God for all that He has done for us.

Of course, individuals don't need to come to confession.  You can come and just pray before Jesus.  It is in the presence of the Most Blessed Sacrament we can find comfort, peace, and yes relaxation.  As our Lord said, "come to you all who are labored and burdened and I will give you rest.
